AIStackRated is operated by [Legal name of the site owner] ("we", "us"). We are the controller of personal data collected through the site. AIStackRated is an information site that reviews software tools. We do not sell software or take payments from visitors.
Data we collect
Data you give us: when you contact us, your name, email, topic and message. When you join the newsletter, your email address and the date you subscribed and confirmed.
Data collected automatically: IP address, browser, device, language, pages visited, time on page and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies.
We never ask for payment details or ID documents.
Cookies and affiliate links
We use cookies to run the site and measure traffic. When you click some links to software vendors, the vendor or its affiliate network may set a cookie so it knows you came from us and can pay us a commission if you sign up.
We do not receive your account data from those vendors. You can refuse non-essential cookies in the consent banner or delete them in your browser at any time.

Newsletter
We only email people who subscribed and confirmed through the link we send. Unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email. We delete your email within 30 days of unsubscribing, keeping only a short suppression record so we never email you again.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, such as hosting, email, newsletter, analytics and affiliate networks, and with authorities where the law requires.
International transfers
Some providers may be outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep contact messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to the provider's default settings and in aggregate where possible.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Email privacy@aistackrated.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
We use HTTPS and limit access to those who need it. No online transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
The site is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
